The Kickoff Meeting

Your dedicated Transitions Team will work with you to develop a comprehensive onboarding strategy and customized timeline with specific deliverables. Here are the items you can expect to review in your early meetings:

  • Registration documents and fingerprinting
  • Approval of titles, special designations, disclosures, state registrations and insurance appointments
  • Policies and procedures (protocol firms/non-protocol firms)
  • Needs assessment (parameters for new location and equipment)
  • Business cards, letterhead, signage and DBA logos on statements
  • Execute agreements and define account transfer strategy

During this review, we will discuss what, if any, client information you can take with you from your current firm. If you are joining from a protocol firm, you may be able to take 5 key pieces of information on your clients, depending on your company’s privacy policy and state regulations. If you are joining from a non-protocol firm, we will review and discuss your circumstances accordingly.
